3rd Annual Perioperative Patient Safety Seminar and Vendor Fair on October 22, 2016 at Houston Methodist West Hospital (18500 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77094)
Learn all about promoting patient safety in the operating room and get an opportunity to network with your perioperative colleagues. This is open to all perioperative professionals (RN, scrub tech, OR Manager, OR directors) and nursing students.
Register through PayPal or mail a check. Details of registration is in the attachment.
On-site (day of seminar) registration is accepted but will incur $10 late fee. Credit cards, check and cash will be accepted.
